It's really nice...Thanks for commenting on my blog. It's really nice to feel connected to other nursing students. I know what you mean about wanting to be a leader in nursing. During my interview I was told the profession needs leaders--so could I be one? At the time I was intimidated by that question and half-heartedly said, Sure! But now, after being in the 'system' for even just a few months, I'm feeling inspired to be a role model and a critical thinker and doer, not a complainer. This sense of empowerment is due in large part to my awesome instructors.
